Doors Open Richmond

Richmond Museum presents Doors Open Richmond June 8–9, 2024 The Richmond Museum presents the 17th annual Doors Open Richmond this spring from June 8–9. This year’s edition features more than 40 unique sites representing the city’s cultural diversity and rich heritage. Visitors can go behind-the-scenes at each organization or business, through tours and hands-on activities. Select highlights from this year’s program include: touring a working ambulance station at BC Ambulance Services, trying Punjabi food and learning about Sikhism at Nanaksar Gurdwara Gursikh Temple, writing your name in the Cyrillic alphabet at the Ukrainian Community Society of Ivan Franko, and tasting wines at Sanduz Estate Wines. Two new partner sites can also be discovered through videos that will premiere online during the event’s weekend: Richmond Public Works and the Sudnya Dance Academy.
