In this workshop, Métis artisan Janis Laboucane will teach you the basics in beading for you to make a beautiful, handmade beaded poppy pin in preparation for and to commemorate Remembrance Day. Attendees will be able to choose between three poppy designs of different skill levels, including one with a golden centre and border created by Métis artisan Ila Vivier. All materials are supplied and yours to take home if you don’t finish the pin during the workshop. Bring your own lunch with you or add Spolumbo’s lunch to your ticket purchase for an additional $17 and we’ll deliver it.
