Radio Host, Connecting Winnipeg

Hal Anderson is the host of Connecting Winnipeg, heard weekdays on 680 CJOB from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Over his illustrious 40-year broadcaster career on radio and television, Hal has been a News Director three times – twice in radio and once in TV. Currently a writer for the Winnipeg Sun, his columns, Hal’s Headlines and Hal’s Kitchen, appear every weekend in the newspaper and online.

Passionate about the importance of delivering information in an entertaining manner in 2004, he was voted the 34th Greatest Canadian Of All-Time in a national poll by the CBC.

Hal also owns the multi-media company, Hal Anderson Productions Limited.
