After a 12-year legal battle, a Saskatchewan judge stated that public funding for non-Catholic students attending separate school in the province would come to an end. It is a decision that has left families heartbroken and has prompted school divisions — as well as government — exploring legal options to intervene. Meaghan Craig reports on the landmark ruling.
