Torontonians love talking transit. City Hall has debated – repeatedly and at length – a multitude of opinions on what really constitutes “the better way.”

But when it comes to actually building new transit lines, the city’s track record isn’t so good: Questions about funding and even route choice tend to limit the shovels in the ground.
