REGINA – A Regina man is to appear in court Monday morning following a fatal crash in the city.

Police say a pedestrian was hit early Sunday while walking along Ring Road near Albert Street.

He died at the scene.

Shane Bensette, who is 25, is charged with failing to report a fatal accident.
