A man found with serious injuries in a north-end Toronto residential building has died and police said they are treating the death as suspicious.
Toronto police said officers were called to the Islington Avenue and St. Andrew Boulevard area, north of Dixon Road, at around 8:50 a.m. Monday.
Police said the man was found with “severe injury” and later died. Officers didn’t disclose the nature of the injuries.
The homicide squad has taken over the investigation.
Police later identified the man as 26-year-old Faysal Mohamed Hees from Toronto.
Officers haven’t released suspect information.
