MELITA, MB — Two people are dead following a serious crash just west of Melita on Provincial Road 445.
Emergency crews were called to the scene of an overturned vehicle Saturday around 10:30 am. The two people were identified as males, ages 33 and 42 from Ireland. They were pronounced dead at the scene.

The RCMP is investigating the circumstances that led to the rollover and are asking anyone who may have witnessed or has any information about the incident to contact the Westman RCMP Detachment at: 204-748-2046.
Police and RCMP are reminding drivers to slow down and drive safely over the long weekend.
