EDMONTON – The Edmonton Police Service issued a news release shortly after 11:30 p.m. Friday night to say a 12-year-old boy who had been missing since Thursday afternoon, had been found safe and sound.

Police had asked the public for help earlier Friday evening as they tried to locate the boy who had not been heard from since he left Parkview School Thursday afternoon.
