WINNIPEG — The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have signed a pair of players, including former Hamilton Tiger-Cats receiver Quincy McDuffie, as they continue to build for the upcoming season.

McDuffie has suited up in two games in two seasons with Hamilton. The 25-year-old American had two catches for eight yards last year. In his only game in 2014, McDuffie racked up 152 return yards including a 67-yard punt return for a touchdown. He also added a rush for 14 yards in the game which was played against the Bombers. Before joining the Tiger-Cats, McDuffie spent a few months with the NFL’s Denver Broncos but was cut after he suffered a hamstring injury.

The Bombers have also added international quarterback Quentin Williams. The 23-year-old is coming off a 2,171 passing yards and 19 touchdowns senior season at Bethune College. Williams finishes his collegiate career with 6,040 passing yards and 42 touchdowns.
