WINNIPEG — The Festival du Voyageur announced it’s programming for the 47th festival Tuesday morning.
There will be plenty of new events for festival-goers to try out, such as a singles night on Valentine’s Day, and karaoke night where guests will have a chance to sing in front of 300 people.
Sweet Alibi and The Treble are two of the many bands taking the stage during the festival. Visitors will also have a chance to sharpen their voyageur skills with many workshops ranging from woodcarving to traditional hide tanning.
“We’re confident that whatever tent you choose you will find something to your liking,” Director Julien Desaulniers said at the announcement.
Festival du Voyageur runs from Feb 12 until Feb 21. You can find out more about the event here.
