Selinger least liked premier in Canada: Report

WINNIPEG — Just months away from a provincial election, a polling company found Selinger is the least liked premier in the country.

Angus Reid found 22 per cent, or just over one in five people, approve of Manitoba’s premier’s performance. The premier with second lowest approval rating is Ontario’s Kathleen Wynne at 30 per cent.

Selinger has been at the bottom of Angus Reid’s polls for the last three times.

There is some good news, Selinger is up 5 points from a year ago.

Saskatchewan’s Brad Wall has the highest approval rating at 60 per cent.

The numbers are based on online survey results from more than six thousand people.
