Charlie Sheen’s troubles have now become legal ones.
According to TMZ, Sheen’s ex-fiancée, Brett Rossi, has sued the actor, claiming that he forced her to get an abortion after she became pregnant in March 2014. Rossi says that Sheen insisted that she’d give birth to a “retarded child” because of his HIV status.

Sheen then reportedly threatened to end their relationship if she didn’t terminate the pregnancy, so Rossi acquiesced and went ahead with the abortion.
TMZ reports that Rossi claims she and Sheen had unprotected sex several times before she discovered HIV medications in his bathroom; subsequently, after some discussion, the couple decided to continue having unprotected sex like a “normal couple.” She became pregnant shortly after.

To top it all off, Rossi is also suing Sheen for trauma suffered during his many (alleged) violent outbursts. She claims he threw a cement pillar at her during an argument, which narrowly missed hitting her. She also claims Sheen hired a hitman to kill her ex-boyfriend.
Rossi is asking for an unspecified amount of money.
