VERNON–The first advance voting opportunity on a proposed expansion to Kal Tire Place happened Wednesday in Vernon.
The question is whether to add a second sheet of ice to the facility.

Voting locations include the Regional District of North Okanagan, Vernon City Hall and the Coldstream Municipal Office.
Qualified electors within the City of Vernon, District of Coldstream and Electoral Areas “B” and “C” of the Regional District of North Okanagan can vote at any of the voting locations.
The next opportunity for advance voting will be Wednesday, Nov. 25, and general voting day is on Saturday, Nov. 28.
