Edmonton Oilers trim camp roster

EDMONTON – The Edmonton Oilers sent 18 players to American Hockey League affiliate Bakersfield Condors following Saturday’s pre-season game in Saskatoon.

The camp roster is now at 32 players; that includes three goalies, 12 defencemen and 17 forwards.

  • Phil McRae (F)

Hamilton, Miller, Pitlick and Hunt all have to be placed on waivers before being assigned.

More cuts are expected after Tuesday’s game against the Arizona Coyotes at Rexall Place.
