LETHBRIDGE – RCMP are looking to the public for help tracking the last known whereabouts of a Lethbridge woman found dead on Sunday.
Victoria Joanne Crow Shoe’s body was discovered by a fisherman along the shore of the Oldman River Reservoir at the Windy Point Campground.
At the time her body was found, RCMP weren’t sure who she was.
Crow Shoe was reported missing to Lethbridge police just two days later, and officers were able to ID the remains.
Her family said the last time they had seen her was on August 26. Anyone with information on Crow Shoe’s whereabouts between then and September 13 is asked to send an email to Allison.blue@rcmp-grc.gc.ca or call Pincher Creek RCMP detachment at 403-627-6010.
