REGINA – Rider Nation will be out in full force in Regina this weekend. The Saskatchewan Roughriders announced their home game on Saturday is the first to sell-out this season.

Ticket sales reached capacity of 33,427 fans for Saturday’s game, according to the organization on Tuesday. The Rider game on June 27 had around 32,228 in attendance, a close second for the 2015 regular season.

“With only 15 games potentially remaining at the current Mosaic Stadium our fans want to be part of the special community that exists there on game day,” said Riders president & CEO Craig Reynolds.
