Woman charged in Prince Albert, Sask. armed robberies

PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. – A woman has been charged after four armed robberies in Prince Albert, Sask. The robberies happened between July 27 and Aug. 7.

Police say in each robbery, a woman entered businesses in the West Hill and Midtown areas, produced a syringe and demanded cash.

The description of the woman was the same in each robbery.

Police have charged Carmine Patty Nayneecassum, 33, with four counts of armed robbery. The Prince Albert woman will make her next provincial court appearance on Tuesday.
