Lloydminster man’s body found in lake by RCMP dive team

MAIDSTONE, Sask. – The RCMP underwater recovery team made a tragic discovery Wednesday in Saskatchewan. The body of a 48-year-old Lloydminster man was recovered from Sandy Beach Resort Lake during the afternoon.

The victim’s name has not been released.

He was reported missing on Aug. 1 after falling off a boat into the water. The death is not considered suspicious in nature.
