WEST KELOWNA – RCMP say a West Kelowna man who was stabbed on Solar Road on April 29 died as a result of his injury on Saturday.
He passed away three days after he was stabbed during what RCMP are calling a dispute.

Police are not releasing his name because his family has asked for privacy.
Jose Amestica, 50, has been charged with aggravated assault in connection with the incident.
“Police are currently consulting with Crown Counsel regarding appropriate charges as a result of victim passing away,” says Cpl Joe Duncan.
The case is back in court on May 12, 2015.
