“It doesn’t matter how many lose you always come to the next game to win,” he said.

With the late starts during the first round play off series, Kroppy likely won’t make back to his home in Kenora until around 3 am.

“It’s not tough, I’m used to it, I’ve never missed a game,” he told Global News as he arrived in Winnipeg for Wednesday’s game.

The Anaheim Ducks are up three games to none in the series.  Another win by the away team would eliminate the Jets.

“The tension is there you can tell by the players the scared to make a mistake they are more cautious when it comes to playoffs,” Kroppy said.

Already wearing his white jersey for the game, he has this message for his boys in blue.

“The only thing I can tell you is if you lose don’t feel bad because you had a good season but if you win I’ll be really happy,” he said.
