Woman’s body found in downtown Calgary parkade

CALGARY – An autopsy has determined the death of a woman whose body was discovered in a downtown parkade on Sunday was not suspicious.

A passerby spotted the body in the parkade of an apartment tower in the 1000 Block of 9th Avenue S.W.

The body is believed to be that of a woman in her 40s.

Police said Tuesday investigators continue to await toxicology results, but will not release any further information.
