EDMONTON – Construction of the winter garden pedway at Rogers Place is officially underway.
Starting Tuesday evening, 104 Avenue will be closed to traffic between 101 and 103 Streets from 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. on weekdays.

Motorists are asked to detour using 102 or 107 Avenues.
