A man has been arrested and charged in connection to a murder in Surrey 11 months ago.
Randeep Singh Match is charged with second degree murder in the death of Tarsem Singh Dhaliwal.
Dhaliwal was found dead inside a parked car in the 18900 block of 92nd Avenue on January 21, 2014. He was reported missing two days earlier.

Homicide investigators have been working on the case ever since and Match was arrested yesterday in Abbotsford without incident.
According to Integrated Homicide Investigation Team spokesperson Jennifer Pound, Match and Dhaliwal knew each other and Dhaliwal’s death was a targeted attack.
The case is now before the courts.
