REGINA – Police are investigating the death of a newborn boy found in the backyard of a home in the 700 block of Retallack Street on November 7.
Officers were called to the home around 3:30 p.m. and found the remains of an infant. The office of the chief coroner was called to help with the investigation.
Investigators say they have identified the mother of the infant and that there was no risk to public safety.
No other details have been released.
