TORONTO — Rumours that Mark Wahlberg doesn’t approve of Donnie Wahlberg’s wife, actress and former Playboy model Jenny McCarthy, could be put to rest Saturday in Toronto.

The famous brothers and McCarthy are scheduled to attend the official grand opening of the Wahlburgers eatery at the SoHo Metropolitan Hotel on Blue Jays Way at Wellington St.

According to recent tabloid reports, Mark doesn’t like McCarthy and even skipped the couple’s Aug. 31 wedding.

Mark, 43, and Donnie, 45, are scheduled to walk the green carpet at 6 p.m. Joining them and McCarthy will be Paul Wahlberg, the chef behind the Wahlburgers concept.

The Toronto outlet of Wahlburgers is the family’s first outside of their native Boston area. It has been operating for several weeks.

Mark is a successful actor whose recent credits include Ted and  Lone Survivor. He made The Big HitThe Corruptor, Four Brothers and Max Payne in the city. (Contrary to reports, he did not buy a condo in Toronto.)

The construction of the Toronto restaurant was included in the A&E reality series Wahlburgers.

The restaurant will be closed Saturday from 3 to 8 p.m. for the special event.
