PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. – Police have seized cocaine and a car after a drug bust near Prince Albert, Sask. this week.
Members of the Prince Albert integrated street enforcement team arrested three people on Wednesday during a drug investigation.
A search of a residence in the Whisper Pines trailer park near the northern Saskatchewan city turned up 29 individually wrapped cocaine packages, 19 syringes loaded with cocaine and cash.
Police also seized a 1996 Mercury Sable station wagon.
Brittney Ledoux, 24, and Julian Ganton-Henderson, 28, both from Prince Albert are charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, trafficking cocaine, possession of proceeds of crime under $5000 and possession of Hydromorphone.
Both are scheduled to appear in Prince Albert provincial court on Friday.
The name of the third person charged has not been released.
