TORONTO — Justin Bieber has responded publicly to fellow Canadian star Seth Rogen, who called him “a d**k” in a radio interview this week.
“Seth Rogen sorry I didn’t bow down when I asked 2 meet u,” Bieber tweeted early Thursday. “Was probably a bit shy and didn’t want to be over the top but still. love ur movies.”
Bieber was referring to Rogen’s recollection of meeting the pop star at a German talk show.
“It was weird, I was like, ‘Sure, I’ll meet him.’ So I went outside to meet him and he was acting like I asked to meet him. It was very non-chalant, ‘Yo man. Wassup,’ and I was like, ‘What the f—, I don’t give a f— about you, I don’t want to meet you,'” Rogen said on The Howard Stern Show.
“Don’t act all nonplussed to meet me. I didn’t want to meet you. I was totally cool not meeting you. He’s young, the kid’s a d**k.”
Rogen has shared his opinion of Bieber before. After the singer was arrested in Miami Beach on suspicion of DUI, Rogen tweeted: “All jokes aside, Justin Bieber is a piece of s**t.”
In March, Rogen trashed Bieber again on Watch What Happens Live.
“In my opinion, Justin Bieber is a piece of s**t,” he said. “He seems like he’s obnoxious and ungrateful, insincere, and he puts people’s lives at danger and overall he acts like a piece of s**t.”
