Visitations being held for Toronto mother killed in drive-by shooting

TORONTO – A visitation will be held today for the mother of four who was murdered in Scarborough over a week ago.

Police say Andrea White, 33, was in her garage on the evening of April 12 when a white Range Rover pulled up and shots were fired from the passenger side window of the vehicle.

She was helped back inside her home by family and friends, but died there of her wounds.

Michael Davani, 21, and Alwayne Bigby, 23, a former NCAA basketball player, are facing charges of first-degree murder.

Today and tomorrow loved ones and friends will pay tribute to her during visitation at the Jarret Funeral Home on Kennedy Road in Scarborough from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.

A private funeral service will be held by the family on Wednesday.
