WINNIPEG – A new app from Manitoba Music offers music fans access to concert listings.
The locally developed Manitoba Live iOS app, released in the province’s Year of Music and less than a month before the 2014 Juno Awards take place in Winnipeg, allows fans to search events by venue and date, the developers said.

It also has details such as lineups and venue maps.
The app, sponsored by Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries, is free from the Apple Store. It will be updated for use on other mobile phones in the future, the provincial government said.
