TORONTO — Actor Robert Pattinson went back in time this week in Toronto for his new movie Life.
The 27-year-old Twilight star was snapped shooting exterior scenes in the city on Wednesday looking dapper in a sharp ’50s-style suit and with his hair slicked back.
With a bodyguard keeping fans away, Pattinson took several cigarette breaks between takes.
As Global News first reported in December, Pattinson is starring in Life for director Anton Corbijn opposite Dane DeHaan.
Life tells the story of the friendship that developed between actor James Dean (DeHaan) and photojournalist Dennis Stock (Pattinson) as they traveled across America.
Ben Kingsley also stars in the movie, which is scheduled to be in production in Toronto until March 21.
Pattinson previously filmed Cosmopolis and Maps to the Stars in Toronto.
