Restoring the Pointe-Claire windmill has been a topic of discussion for decades. The landmark, which is the emblem of the city, is in need of major repairs. There was hope that the restoration project would begin back in 2022 when an agreement in principle was announced. But as Global's Felicia Parrillo reports, some say they are back at square one because of political infighting.
