South Korea, U.S., Japan hold talks on North Korean nuclear programme

The top nuclear envoys from South Korea, the US and Japan met in Seoul on Wednesday to hold talks on North Korea amid worries about the country’s atomic weapons programmes. Wednesday’s meeting came in the wake of North Korea’s recent claim that it had tested a new type of missile from a submarine and reiterated that it had built a nuclear warhead small enough to be mounted on a long-range missile.
