Scott Fee


Scott Fee brings humor, enthusiasm and more than 20 years of experience in television to his role as anchor on Global News Calgary’s Morning News.

With the Global News team, Scott has been involved in award-winning coverage of some of Alberta’s biggest stories, including the southern Alberta floods in 2013, and both the 2012, 2015 Alberta Provincial Elections.

His career in journalism has taken him all around western Canada in various roles. After graduating from the journalism program at BCIT, he started reporting for CFJC in Kamloops in 2004. Later anchoring at CKWX in Vancouver and in 2005 he made the move to Edmonton as videographer for A-Channel/City TV. Then he returned to the west coast to anchor for CHEK in Victoria.

Prior to his career in journalism, Scott trained as an actor at Studio 58 Langara College. In 2001, his acting chops earned him a Jesse Richardson Award nomination. He also acted in several TV and film projects, including more than a dozen high profile commercials.

When he’s not working, you’ll find him camping out in Kananaskis Country no matter the temperature or the season. When he’s not camping he’s traveling, recent trips include South Africa, Nicaragua, Russia and Japan.
