Sharing Ukrainian culture through food in the Okanagan

It’s been more than a year since Russia invaded Ukraine and thousands of displaced Ukrainians came to Canada to find a new home. As Sydney Morton tells us, one of the many women who now call the Okanagan home has opened up a new business to share Ukrainian food with her new neighbours.
