A Quebec provincial police officer and a suspect are dead after an attempted arrest Monday night in Louiseville, Quebec. Sgt. Maureen Breau had more than 20 years’ experience as police officer. The suspect was fatally shot by police and now the BEI is investigating. Global’s Phil Carpenter reports.
