Emergencies Act inquiry centres on failures of Ottawa police as 1st week of testimony wraps

The commission reviewing the federal government’s decision to invoke the Emergencies Act last winter to shut down the so-called “Freedom Convoy” in Canada’s capital has finished its first full week of hearings. As David Akin reports, there was a heavy focus on the police response.
