Two men from B.C. made Canada’s top fugitive list. One is Gene Karl Lahrkamp who is from Trail and wanted in connection with the killing of Jimi Sandhu outside of resort in Phuket, Thailand.
There is an Interpol red notice for him and a reward for his capture of $100,000. He may be travelling with a large number of dogs. Catherine Urquhart reports.
