Quebec’s political leaders spoke out Thursday denouncing the military advancement of Russia into Ukraine. Premier François Legualt said he will welcome Ukrainians who wish to come to Quebec and tweeting earlier that his thoughts are with the Ukrainian people. Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports.
