Animal rights activist explains why her group is ‘very pleased’ to see Marineland facing charges

Camille Labchuk said Monday that Animal Justice was “very pleased” to see Niagara police had charged Marineland in an investigation that alleged the theme park used animals for a park performance without authorization. She said the organization would be monitoring the progress of the case and aid if possible in prosecution.
