The Toronto Raptors are set to pick fourth overall in the 2020-21 NBA Draft. After missing the playoffs for the first time in seven seasons, the Toronto Raptors scored a lottery win moving up to the 4th pick from 7th. Toronto’s pick seems very much in play with General Manager Bobby Webster saying Thursday that “we’re going to have all of our options open. Trading up, trading back, staying where we are.” The fourth pick is the highest Toronto has drafted since 2011 when they drafted Jonas Valanciunas 5th overall.
