Quebec concerns over wasted doses of COVID-19 vaccines

For months, the Quebec government had to make difficult decisions about how to distribute limited quantities of COVID-19 vaccines. Now, as the end of the mass vaccination campaign approaches, the province is looking at a different problem, it could have too much. As Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports, some are worried excess doses could go to waste.
