Nova Scotia outlines tougher COVID-19 measures amid record-breaking cases

Nova Scotia premier Iain Rankin outlined tougher COVID-19 measures set to begin on Saturday in the province after announcing a record-breaking 227 new cases on Friday, including tightening the border to only essential travel and schools being closed until at least the end of May.
