Nova Scotia’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Robert Strang said on Friday that COVID-19 restrictions in the metro parts of Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) and Hants County would be extended until Dec. 16. Strang said they are still reporting “double-digit” cases of COVID-19 and modelling shows it could be this way for “several more days.”
