A commission looking into failings in Quebec’s youth protection system has released some preliminary findings. The Laurent commission was created after a seven year-old Granby girl died in the Spring of 2019 after being found in critical condition inside the family home. As Global’s Dan Spector reports, the commissioners laid out a long list of problems along with solutions.
