Premier Doug Ford has enlisted the help of a retired Canadian military general to help his government plan the logistics involved in distributing millions of doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. The province expects the first shipment early next year, but as Travis Dhanraj reports it could take until summer 2021 to get everyone in Ontario vaccinated.
