New Brunswick health officials reported 17 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday, all of them linked to an outbreak at Notre-Dame Manor, a Moncton special-care home. The province’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Jennifer Russell said there are now 19 cases of the disease caused by the novel coronavirus linked to the facility, including 13 cases among residents, four among health-care workers and two family members of an infected resident.
