Peterborough restaurants look to expand patios to prepare for Phase 2 reopening

The Ford government has announced some regions of Ontario will begin the 2nd phase of reopening this Friday.
That includes bars and restaurants, which will be allowed to expand and open outdoor patios.
But is there enough space on city streets to allow for the expansion of patios?
