Craig Layton filmed himself undergoing the test for COVID-19 at IWK Health Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia, on April 13.
A swab was taken from the back of his mouth, followed by another swab deep inside his nasal passage.
“Ooh, that doesn’t feel very good,” Layton said after receiving the nasal swab.
Nova Scotia has 579 confirmed cases of COVID-19 as of Thursday.
