Quebec Premier François Legault announced three new deaths due to COVID-19 in the province along with 590 new cases, bringing the total number of cases to 3,430 and 25 deaths.
He also said 235 cases in the province are hospitalized, with an increase of 43 since Sunday, and 78 of those are in intensive care units.
